What products do you sell?

PepperyDots shop sells Digital Downloads only. These are D-I-Y digital files that you will have to download online and print on your own or with the help of a third-party printing service, to be able to use on your projects. NO physical item will be mailed to you.


Inclusion, File Formats, Sizes

“What is included in a listing?” IT DEPENDS. A listing can have a single downloadable file, or it can have a bundle of either clipart, digital papers, or Both. File formats may include SVG, AI, PNG, or JPG depending on each kit. Size varies. There may also be a freebie included in the bundle listings.

Design Quality

“Are your designs high quality?” YES! SVG and AI file formats are scalable to various sizes, big or small, without losing quality. PNG files are all 300 DPI RGB. While the JPG files were derived from SVG, AI, or PNG files so they also have great quality.

“What can I use to pay?“ This shop supports PayPal and Credit/Debit card payments. All checkouts are 100% secured.

Usage of Digital Downloads

Please make sure you know how to use a digital download before purchasing. Note that we cannot give technical or troubleshooting advice for printers, softwares, or apps. We only sell digital files.

How Customers Download Their File

After it's purchased, the file is available for download on the Order Confirmation page. The customer will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

  • This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase.

  • If a customer clicks an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

What do I receive upon purchase?

After a successful purchase, you will receive a SECURE DOWNLOAD LINK. The link opens to a ZIPPED FOLDER containing all the designs for your order. Make sure you know how to unzip or access the folder before buying, for desktop and mobile alike.


Are Download Links Permanent?

Customers will receive a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours after the first download.

Customers will receive a new link (for re-downloading) after their 24-hour link expires.

However, due to the growing cases of shared designs, we need to make changes to this.

Please make sure you download your order immediately to avoid any inconvenience in the future. Do not share links.
